1803 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword with Pierced Cyphir

1803 Pattern Infantry Officers sword with large pierced cyphir with crown over to knuckle bow, full lions head back strap, shagreen grip with copper wire bindings intact, original blade washer, unusual flat blade with pronounced curve, engraved with flourishes, crowned GR cyphir, Warrented in banner and Royal Coat of Arms, all now feint, clipped point, brass mounted leather scabbard.

Traces of original gilt, blade with some patination, scabbard leather retains all original surface finish but now with usual surface cracking, rear scabbard stitching now parted.
